If you haven't been part of our Online National Prayer gatherings, David Ruis and our Vineyard Canada Listening Team do a beautiful job of weaving song, prayer, poetry group spiritual direction and art together through a multimedia presentation. Space is given to both rest rest and contemplate as individuals, but also to participate and engage together as the collective body of Christ.

At the end of each session during our online gatherings all those in attendance are invited to read together a Common Prayer, which is lovingly crafted by the Listening Team.

Know that the Lord is God

It is He that has made us and we are His

He welcomed us with abounding grace

We were strangers without a home,

But by His grace we are forever children of God

As we have been welcomed

May we welcome others

As we have been nourished

May we tend to those who are starved

As we have been cherished

May we treasure those who have been neglected

As we have been forgiven

May we forgive others

He has called us all out of darkness

Into His marvelous light.

We once were slaves without mercy

But by his grace we are forever children of God
